about my friend and percussionist Gary Fritz.
He’s dedicated his life to music and community;
He decided to follow his instincts,
surrender to his purpose and accept himself and his life’s circumstances.
Even when losing his only child, his daughter Nneka, to an accident.
The film is shot and edited by me and I hope it will inspire you.

Maybe your biggest problem is;
that you think you’re not supposed to have any🫶❤️
It’s can be extremely challenging to rise to the occasion,
and sometimes it can take time to find out how you’re going to level up from your current challenges.
But you did it before and you will do it again💪!!
Find a way!! Problems are a sign of life.

We will all be free once we collectively decide to abandon dualism mentality
and embrace oneness mentality. To me, true freedom means un-judging and un-binding even your worst enemy. Freedom also comes with responsibility; If you consider yourself free and enlightened, it’s your responsibility to build bridges rather than burn them.
Individuals who live in societies where all peoples are free to express their opinion have a responsibility to participate domestically, and also to support freedom in the areas of our world where true freedom and true democracy is, or might be, jeopardized.
Open your heart and think for yourself.

THE SPIRITUAL BASICS
1. Everything you send out will return to you.
2. Never say ‘I can’t do that’.
3. Provide help where help is needed.
4. Never make a fuss about anything.
5. Be free of seeking appreciation or applause.
6. Watch yourself: who are you when you are alone?
7. Let go of all masks, burdens and shadows.
8. Know that you are already enlightened and act accordingly.
9. If you are challenged by any actions, thoughts or emotions, meet them with patience and kindness.
10. Everything you are searching for outside, is to be found within you.
11. Think of others, and all fear dissapears.
12. Be both disciplined and creative, always vigilant and present.
13. Be grateful for what you have already received.
14. Stick to your practice without hesitation.
15. Remember: Joy is healing.
